| 摘 要： | 介绍了蚜虫玻片标本的制作方法与技巧。采用水溶性的阿拉伯胶取代加拿大胶,使试验过程更加安全。更主要的是将蚜虫整体玻片标本封片过程分成2步：第1步滴少量胶展姿、定姿;第2步待标本定姿固定后,滴胶并盖上盖玻片。使蚜虫整体玻片标本的制作过程更加简便,成功率更高。

| Abstract: | Making method and skill of glass specimen of aphid were introduced.Canada balsam was substituted by water-soluble acacia,which made the making process more secure.The marking process were divided into two steps:(1)dropping a little acacia to orient the aphid,(2)after the aphid was fixed,dropping appropriate acacia and covering slide.The improvement of method would make the making process of aphid glass specimen more easy and high success. |
