0.1%噻苯隆可溶性液剂在巨峰葡萄上的应用效果

摘    要:为了明确0.1%噻苯隆可溶性液剂在巨峰葡萄上的应用效果,参照《农药田间药效试验准则》(二)(GB/T 17980.143—2004),采用葡萄开花期喷果穗和幼果期浸果穗2种方法进行田间小区试验,每种方法施药剂量均设2、4、6、8 mg/kg计4个处理,以清水处理为对照,研究了不同施药剂量对葡萄坐果率、果粒性状(纵径、横径、果形指数、百粒重)、果穗重以及果实产量和品质的影响。结果表明:采用2种方法施用试验剂量的药剂,均能够明显提高葡萄的坐果率、果穗重和产量,降低果实的可滴定酸含量,但对其他品质指标无显著影响,其中,开花期喷果穗施药虽然坐果率明显高于幼果期浸果穗,但葡萄大小粒指数增加,果粒外观品相较差;而幼果期浸果穗施药,能够明显促进果粒变大和葡萄大小粒指数降低,果粒外观品相较好,且对果形指数影响不大,显著提高百粒重,最终大幅度增产。0.1%噻苯隆可溶性液剂适宜采用在葡萄幼果期浸果穗的方法施药,4 mg/kg剂量效果较好,该处理下葡萄果穗重为1 018.5 g/穗,产量为54 181.5 kg/hm~2,均达到最高,较清水对照增产30.2%,且对果粒外观和品质无不良影响。

Effect of 0.1% Thidiazuron Soluble Liquid Agent on the Application of Kyoho Grape
Abstract:In order to define the 0.1% thidiazuron soluble liquid agent in the application effect of Kyoho grape, with reference to the pesticide field efficacy test rule (二) (GB/T 17980.143—2004),field experiments were carried out on this product with two methods spraying grapes cluster in flowering period and soaking grapes cluster in young fruit stage,each method applying pesticide dosage were 2,4,6,8 mg/kg four processing,water treatment for comparison, to sdudy effects of different dose applying pesticide on grape fruit rate, fruit grain traits (berry vertical diameter, transverse diameter, fruit shape index, hundred grain weight). The results showed that two methods applying test doses of the potion could significantly increased the fruit-setting rate, cluster weight and the yield of grape,decreased the content of titratable acidity,but had no significantly ef-fects other quality indexes, among them, the fruit-bearing rate of grape and fruit size uniformity index were obviously higher,fruit grain appearance quality was worse spraying grapes cluster in flowering period than that of soaking grapes cluster in young fruit stage, but fruit size uniformity index decreased. Thidiazuron soaking grapes cluster in young fruit stage could significantly increased berry size,hundred grain weight and the yield of grape, decreased fruit size uniformity index, compared with good fruit appearance,there was little effect on fruit shape index. The dosage 4 mg/kg of 0.1% thidiazuron soluble liquid agent was recommened soaking grapes cluster in young fruit stage,under the deal with cluster weight was 1 018.5 g/ear, the yield of grape was 54 181.5 kg/hm2, achieves the highest,the clear water with 30.2% in-crease in production,and had no adverse effect on fruit appearance and quality.
