| 摘 要： | 硒是人体必需的微量元素,硒与人体健康密切相关。土壤硒是植物硒的直接来源,植物在自然界硒生态链转化中占有重要地位,植物硒是决定食物链硒水平的关键环节。综述了土壤和植物中的硒含量状况,对影响植物吸收硒的因素进行了分析,并阐述了土壤和植物中硒的测定方法。

| Abstract: | The microelement Selenium is not only an essential element for human being,but also for health.The Selenium in plant comes from soil directly.The role that plants play in the conversion of Se-ecological chain in the natural world is very important.The Selenium in plant is a key link in food chain.The Selenium contents of soil and plant were summarized.The influential factors of the absorption of Selenium in plant were analyzed.At the same time,the determination methods of Selenium in soil and plant were elaborated. |
