摘    要:谷子(Setaria italica)具有抗逆性强、适应性广、营养丰富等特点,是重要的区域性粮食作物之一。国内外谷子组织培养和遗传转化报道相对较少。对近年来谷子遗传转化方法和原理、组织培养再生体系的研究进展以及影响转化因素进行了总结,并对今后农杆菌介导谷子转化应注意的问题和前景作了简单讨论。

Abstract:Millet is an important regional crop with strong stress resistance,wide adaptability and rich nutrition.The reports on in vitro regeneration system and genetic transformation of millet are few at home and abroad.The principles and methods of the reported genetic transformation,tissue culture regeneration system,and influencing factors are summarized.The existing problems and development direction of agrobacterium-mediated transformation are discussed.
