河北省农民专业合作社发展障碍及增收增效的路径选择

作为实施农业产业化经营的主要载体和农村经济体制改革的主要方向之一,农民专业合作社发展迅速。而相比发达国家和我国的一些发达省份,河北省农民专业合作社的发展尚处于初级状态,发展还不成熟。基于调研基础之上,提出了现阶段农民专业合作社可持续发展的制约因素,着力探索农民合作社发展的有效途径,为农民合作社可持续发展长效机制提供对策建议。

Development Obstacles of Farmer Specialty Cooperative Organization and Ways of Increasing Income and Efficiency in Hebei Province

As the main vector of agricultural industrialization management and one of the main directions of rural economic system reform,farmer specialty cooperative organization developed rapidly.Compared with developed countries and developed provinces in China,the farmer specialty cooperative organization was still in primary stage in Hebei Province with immature development.Based on the investigation,the factors limiting the sustainable development of farmer specialty cooperative organization at present are put forward.The effective ways are explored,which would provide countermeasures for the long-term mechanism of sustainable development of farmer specialty cooperative organization.
