| 摘 要： | 采用发芽期浸种试验和幼苗期喷施试验 ,研究了油菜素内酯 (BR)不同处理对黄瓜种子萌芽和幼苗生长的影响。以 0 1mg/kg浓度浸种的效果最为显著。相同浓度的油菜素内酯对不同品种影响也有差异。 0 0 1mg/kg浓度喷施的效果最为显著 ,可促进幼苗的营养生长 ,提高幼苗的株高、茎粗和干物质积累量 ,叶面积和壮苗指标也有所增加。

| Abstract: | The effects of BR soaking seed on germination and spraying on seedling growth were studied with cucumber.The results showed that,in the germination experiment,after the treatment of BR with different soaking concentrations,BR could make the seed germination earlier,increase germination vigor and germination percentage.It also increase root length and the number of side-roots.In the seedling experiment,the cucumber was sprayed with different cencentration:0 mg/kg,0.01 mg/kg,0.1 mg/kg,1 mg/kg.The results showed that brassinolide could promote the cucumber seedling growth.BR increased the plant height,stem thickness,dry weight per plant and the leaf area.The growth ratio and the healthy index were increased. |
