农村公共就业服务体系建设的研究

Public Employment Service System Construction in Rural Areas

With the continuous adjustment of industrial structure and the rapid development of urbanization in China,the rural surplus labor employment has been the conspicuous contradiction in the period of economic and social transition.The development of public employment service system is introduced.The problems in rural surplus labor employment and the status of rural employment service system are analyzed.The countermeasures of effectively strengthening the rural employment service system construction are discussed to provide valuable reference for new rural construction.
