| 摘 要： | 环首都经济圈战略的提出,为新生代农民工就业与发展营造了更广阔的空间,同时也提出了新的要求。以环首都经济圈14个县（市）发展对新生代农民工需求为切入点,研究了新生代农民工就业发展,探讨了构建新生代农民工就业长效机制的可行性。

| Abstract: | The Capital Economic Circle Strategy provides a broader space for the employment development of the new generation of peasant workers.According to the demand of 14 counties around Beijing to the new generation of peasant workers,the employment development are studied,and the feasibility of establishing the long-term mechanism of employment of the new generation of peasant workers are discussed. |
