| 摘 要： | 推动农村土地流转是实现我国农业规模化经营的必由之路,也是提高我国农业经济效益、增加农民收入的重要举措。地方政府在农村土地流转中发挥着极其重要的作用。对我国现行农村土地流转中地方政府行为进行经济学分析,并提出有针对性的建议,对于保障农村土地流转有序进行,保障农民权益具有重要的意义。
