甘肃省中小企业融资现状及对策分析

甘肃省中小企业在经济社会发展中的地位日益显现,并成为甘肃省经济持续健康发展的活力和希望所在。由于中小企业自身抗风险能力弱、银行风险控制体系标准高、信用担保体系建设供需不均衡,加之中小企业的外部融资环境不佳等问题,严重影响并制约了甘肃省中小企业的发展。因此提出因企实贷、转变企业经营理念、完善担保机制、改善外部环境等对策,来破解甘肃省中小企业融资的难题。

Analysis on Present Situation and Countermeasures of Financing of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Gansu Province

The small and medium-sized enterprises in Gansu Province have become more and more important in the economic and social development,and become the force and hopes of sustainable and health development of economy.The development of small and medium-sized enterprises is limited by the weak anti-risk ability,high bank risk control system standard,imbalance of supply and demand in the credit guarantee system construction and bad external financing environment.The countermeasures are given including loaning,transforming enterprises＇ operation idea,perfecting guarantee mechanism and improving the external environment.
