啶酰菌胺和咯菌腈对番茄灰霉病菌不同菌株的毒力(初报)

摘    要:为了明确啶酰菌胺和咯菌腈对番茄灰霉病菌不同菌株的毒力,采用菌丝生长速率法测定了从河北和山东采集的番茄灰霉病菌菌株对啶酰菌胺及咯菌腈的敏感性。结果表明:2008~2010年,从河北定州采集的番茄灰霉病菌对啶酰菌胺和咯菌腈的敏感性差异不显著;而2010年,从河北徐水采集的菌株对啶酰菌胺和咯菌腈的敏感性显著低于从河北定州和山东寿光采集的菌株,但啶酰菌胺和咯菌腈对所有菌株均有很强的抑制作用。啶酰菌胺和咯菌腈可替代生产中普遍发生抗药性问题的多菌灵、乙霉威、异菌脲和嘧霉胺防治番茄灰霉病的药剂。室内筛选药剂时,应选择不同菌株进行毒力测定,以提高筛选准确率。

Abstract:The sensitivity to boscalid and fludioxonil of Botrytis cinerea strains collected from Hebei Province and Shandong Province was determined by mycelium growth rate method.The results indicated that there was no significant difference in the sensitivity of strains collected from Dingzhou from 2008 to 2010.However,B.cinerea strains collected from Xushui were significantly less sensitive than those collected from Shouguang and Dingzhou,while boscalid and fludioxonil were very toxic to all strains.Boscalid and fludioxonil could be used in controlling tomato gray mold as subsistent of cabendazim,diethofencarb,iprodione and pyrimethanil,to which B.cinerea was resistant widely in practice.The toxicity of different strains should be collected and screened.
