摘    要:以三门峡烟区4个县市(卢氏、灵宝、渑池、陕县)、3个等级(B2F、C3F、X2F)共计94个烤烟样本为供试材料,对烟叶总糖、还原糖、烟碱、钾、氯、糖碱比、钾氯比等主要化学成分进行了变异分析。结果表明:除钾含量、钾氯比之外,烤烟其他化学成分在不同生产地点之间差异显著;除还原糖、钾、氯含量和钾氯比之外,烤烟其他化学成分不同品种之间差异显著;总糖、钾含量在不同等级之间差异显著;不同海拔的总糖、烟碱和糖碱比差异显著;在不同施氮水平下,还原糖、烟碱和糖碱比差异显著,其余指标差异不显著。

Abstract:The variation of total sugar,reducing sugar,nicotine,potassium,chlorine,ratio of total sugar to nicotine,and ratio of potassium to chlorine of 94 tobacco leave samples at 3 grades(B2F,C3F and X2F) from 4 counties and cities(Lushi,Lingbao,Mianchi and Shanxian)of Sanmenxia was analyzed.The results showed that the difference of chemical components among different locations was significant except potassium and the ratio of potassium to chlorine,that of chemical components among different cultivars was significant except reducing sugar,potassium,chlorine,and ratio of potassium to chlorine that of total sugar,nicotine,and ratio of total sugar to nicotine at different altitude was significant,and that of reducing sugar,nicotine,and ratio of total sugar to nicotine was significant under different nitrogen levels,while the other indexes was not significant.
