| 摘 要： | 水资源短缺已成为制约西北干旱区农业、经济及社会发展的因素之一。如何充分合理地利用当地水资源,发展节水型农业是西北干旱区农业、农村经济可持续发展和生态环境保护的战略性问题。结合西北干旱区农业水资源开发利用的现状以及灌溉工程和管理中存在的主要问题,构建了包括输水工程、田间工程、井渠结合工程和节水管理工程在内的西北干旱区农业节水工程体系。

| Abstract: | Water shortage was an important factor to restrict agriculture and economy development in Northwest arid area.How to use water resource,and develop water-saving agriculture were the strategic problems for protect ecological environmen protection and agricultural and rural economy sustainable development.Based on the development status water resonrce and existing problems in the irrigation engineering and managment in Northwest arid area,the water-saving system was constructed including water conveyance project,field engineering,well-canal combined engineering and water-saving management engineering. |
