城市化进程中弱势群体利益表达机制的构建

我国现代化社会分层结构已逐步形成,处于社会底层的城市弱势群体,由于利益表达机制的缺陷,他们的权益不断受到侵害,引发了一系列危害社会的严重问题。本文分析了我国弱势群体的基本特征,以及目前利益表达机制存在的缺陷;并从提高弱势群体自身的文化水平和政治素质、完善现有体制内弱势群体的利益表达机制、加快培育和发展弱势群体的利益组织,3个方面探讨了弱势群体利益表达机制的构建。

Construction of Benefit Expression Mechanism for Vulnerable Groups in the Process of Urbanization

The modem social stratification structure gradually formed in China. The rights and interests of urban vulnerable groups from the bottom of society are continuously encroached on because of the defect of benefit expression mechanism, which is a serious problem endangering the society. The basic characteristics of vulnerable groups in China and the defect of benefit expression mechanism are analyzed. The construction of benefit expression mechanism is discussed from the aspects of improving the educational level and political quality of vulnerable groups, perfecting the benefit expression mechanism for vulnerable groups and developing the benefit organizations for vulnerable groups.
