低温胁迫下玉米幼苗生理变化的研究

摘    要:利用5份玉米自交系,研究了低温胁迫条件下玉米幼苗的生理变化,分析了SOD、POD、丙二醛、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸等指标.结果表明,4 ℃低温条件下玉米幼苗中丙二醛和脯氨酸含量一直升高,SOD活性和可溶性蛋白含量变化趋势为先降低后升高,POD的活性基本是略有降低后又大幅升高,而可溶性糖含量随胁迫时间的延长升高后又降低.这些生理指标的变化可以如实地反映玉米幼苗受低温胁迫的程度.

Abstract:The physiological and biochemical changes of maize seedings under chilling stress,with five inbred lines of maize Were studied.We analyse these indexes which include SOD,POD,MDA,soluble sugar,soluble protein and proline.Under chilling treatment of four degree centigrade,the content of MDA and proline of maize seedings keep increasing;the activity of SOD and the content of soluble protein firstly reduces then increases;on the whole the activity of POD falls more or less but later increases sharply;and the content of soluble sugar starts to rise then drops day by day.In a word,the results indicate these changes can faithfully reflect the damaged extent of maize seedings under chilling stress.
