南非优质蛋白玉米品种比较试验初报

摘    要:对从南非引进的24份优质蛋白玉米材料进行了初步试种,并比较了配制的特征特性、植株性状、籽粒品质和产量。结果显示:(1)南非22号较对照农大108增产44.4%,差异达极显著水平,且株型紧凑、叶片上冲、株高1.9 m、健壮抗病、根系发达,籽粒粗蛋白质含量(达10.85%)和赖氨酸含量(达0.38%)均高于对照;南非9号增产37.5%,南非3号增产11.2%,但籽粒赖氨酸含量均低于对照。(2)在24个南非品种中,有14个品种籽粒赖氨酸含量高于农大108,其中,南非2号和5号含量达0.4%以上;南非22号和23号籽粒粗蛋白含量均高达10%以上。(3)南非品种普遍根系发达,茎秆坚韧抗倒;有的抗病、抗逆性强,有的植株高大,可能选育出优质青贮品种与种质资源。

Abstract:The characteristics,seed quality and yield of 24 quality protein maize cultivars introduced from South Africa were comparied.The results showed that SA-22 had the characteristics of compact plant type,upright leaves,1.9 m of plant height,haleness,disease resistance and developed root system,the yield increased by 44.4% than Nongda 108(CK),the difference reached extremely significant level,and the contents of crude protein and lysine in seed were 10.85% and 0.38%,respectively,which were higher than CK.The yields of SA-9 and SA-3 increased by 37.5% and 11.2%,respectively,while the contents of lysine in seeds were lower than CK.The contents of lysine in seeds of 14 varieties were higher than CK,and those of SA-2 and SA-5 reached more than 0.4%.The contents of crude protein in seeds of SA-22 and SA-23 reached more than 10%.All these varieties had the characterisctics of developed root system,strong stalk and resistance to lodging,some varieties were strongly resistant to disease and stress,some varieties had high plant,which may be used to select and breed high quality silage maize varieties and germplasm resources.
