| 摘 要： | 现行农产品质量安全法律系统性和协调性不足,法律法规内容可操作性不强,采取分段管理多部门执法的监管模式,难以形成协调配合、运转高效的管理机制。应当建立和完善配套法律制度,促进农产品质量安全法律体系的协调统一性,建立统一协调的监管机制,明确监管部门职责,逐步完善农产品质量安全法律体系。

| Abstract: | The current agricultural product quality safety law in China is lack of system and coordination,the maneuverability of law and regulation is not strong.The current supervision mode is subsection management with multi-sector law-enforcement,which is difficult to form the harmony and efficient management mechanism.We should establish and perfect the corresponding legal system,promote the coordination and unification of legal system,establish unified monitoring mechanism,clear the duties of supervision departments,and gradually perfect the legal system of agricultural products quality safety. |
