| 摘 要： | 2009年4月对绥化市北林区153个居民小区的生态建设情况进行调查,分析小区生态建设的现状以及与生态小区的差距。结果显示：居民住宅小区由居住型向舒适型过渡,居民住宅小区功能由单一向多功能过渡,小区物业管理向专业化迈进,小区建筑由高能耗向低能耗过渡。针对目前小区生态建设的基本状况,提出了绥化市生态小区的发展和规划建议,为其他生态小区的建设提供参考。

| Abstract: | The status of ecological construction of 153 residential areas in Beilin District,Suihua is investigated on April 2009.The results show that the residential areas are transiting from single function residential type to multi-function comfortable type,the property management is specializing,and the energy consumption of buildings are reducing.The suggestions for the development and plan of ecological area are given to provide references for the construction of ecological area. |
