| 摘 要： | 从汉中市烤烟专业化烘烤的内涵和发展入手,详述了专业化烘烤合作社的组织运行模式.根据2008年的试验情况,研究认为,专业化烘烤合作社与传统烘烤相比有明显的优势,但仍存在一些不足.为尽快完善专业化烘烤合作社的运行,指出了当前存在的问题,并提出了应对措施.

| Abstract: | From the connotation and development of the specealized curing in Hanzhong,the organizational operation mode of specialized curing cooperative was introduced.Based on the test conditions in 2008,the results showed that specialized curing cooperative had obvious advantages over the traditional curing,yet it had some shortages.To perfect the operation of specialized curing cooperative as soon as possible,the current problems and countermeasures were put forward. |
