摘    要:食品安全是影响人类生存和发展质量的重要因素之一,果品安全在食品安全中占有十分重要的地位。目前的果品生产条件和管理现状受环境污染的制约,不可避免地会造成果品安全生产环境的破坏,影响果品的食用安全。加入WTO后的市场环境,进一步加剧了果品安全与出口贸易的矛盾,对果品安全生产提出了更高的要求。应进一步增强安全意识,健全安全生产管理体系,逐步发展无公害果品、绿色果品和有机果品。

Abstract:Food safety is one of the important factors influencing human survival and development quality,in which fruit safety occupies a very important position.Present fruit production conditions and management status are restricted by environmental pollution,which would inevitably lead to fruit production environment damage and threaten fruit safety.The market environment after China's accession to the WTO,intensified the contradiction between fruit safety and export trade,requiring for a higher safety level of fruit production.Safety consciousness should be further enhanced,safety production management system should be further improved,and pollution-free fruit,green fruit and organic fruit should be gradually developed.
