新农村建设中大学生村官的价值取向探析

选聘高校毕业生到农村基层任职是培养中国特色社会主义事业建设者和接班人的战略举措,也是推动中国特色社会主义事业和社会主义新农村建设又好又快发展的战略抉择。以大学生村官为研究对象,阐述了大学生村官确立正确价值取向的意义,分析了存在的主要问题,提出了引导大学生村官确立正确价值取向的途径：重实干,做实用型村官,促进新农村经济建设;有作为,做创新型村官,促进新农村政治建设;善学习,做学习型村官,促进新农村文化建设;讲奉献,做奉献型村官,促进新农村社会建设。

Analysis on the Value Orientation of College-graduate Village Officials in the New Countryside Construction

The construction of new socialist countryside is inseparable from college-graduate village officials who have the modern knowledge and critical thinking.Working in rural area,college student officials could make full use of what they have learned to make contributions to the construction of new countryside and the development of agriculture.The process for building correct value orientation of college-graduate village officials was proposed： Deeds,to be a practical village official and promote the economic development of new countryside;Achievements,to be creative village official and promote the political construction of new countryside;Learning,to be a learning village official and promote the cultural construction of new countryside;Devotion,to be a devoted village official and promote the social construction of new countryside.
