摘    要:以正在腐熟的鸡粪、长期堆放鸡粪的土壤和污水沟中的污水为样本,从中分离出132株细菌,经过初筛、复筛,得到除臭效果较好的反硫化细菌8株、硫化细菌4株和亚硝化细菌4株。通过正交设计,研究菌株的组合除臭效果。结果表明:菌株除臭效果主要作用在前期。在不考虑交互作用时,处理C4B3A4的除NH3效果较对照降低55.5%,处理B1C3A2的除H2S效果较对照降低40.0%。在考虑交互作用时,处理C4B3A3的除NH3效果较好,NH3释放量较处理C4B3A4降低14.9%;2个处理的H2S释放量分别较对照减少45.2%和46.9%,但这2个处理效果差异不明显。

Study on the Screening of Highly Efficient Deodorizing Bacterial Consortia for Chicken Manure

Abstract:132 bacteria strains were isolated from the decomposing chicken manure,soil stacked up with chichen manure for a long time and the sewage.Eight desulphate bacteria strains,four sulphur bacteria strains and four nitrite bacteria strains were obtained,which had better deodorant effects.The release amounts of NH3 and H2S with the treatment of C4B3A4 and the treatment of B1C3A2 decreased by 55.5% and 40.0% than CK,respectively.The release amount of NH3 with C4B3A3 was lower,which decreased by 14.9% than C4B3A4 under interaction.The release amounts of H2S with C4B3A3 and C4B3A4 decreased by 45.2% and 46.9% than CK,respectively.
