农民素质对农业技术扩散的影响

以临漳县獭兔养殖技术的扩散为例 ,分析了农民素质对农业技术扩散的影响。结果表明 :农民素质影响着农业技术扩散过程的关键阶段 ;影响着农业技术扩散周期性模型两拐点间及其与原点的距离 ,进而严重影响农业技术扩散模型的形状。为构建高水平的农民素质培训工程 ,制订农业推广计划 ,改进推广方式方法 ,加速农业技术扩散 ,提供了参考依据

Research to the Influence of Farmer Quality on Diffusion of Agricultural Technology

Based on the analysis of the meanings of quality and the diffusion of agricultural technology, this paper points out that culture quality, sci-tech quality and psychology quality of farmer are vital to the diffusion of the agricultural technology under the condition of the market economy. Farmer quality affects the periods of the agricultural technology diffusion ,the process of farmer adopting technology, and can change the shape of the model figure of the agricultural technology diffusion.These conclusions are tested and verified by cases study in the diffusion of the raising Tatu(Rex Rabbit )technology in Linzhang. Lastly, the paper gives some corresponding countermeasures from the points of improving the farmer quality and betterment of extension form and method .
