| 摘 要： | 土地质量评价是全面衡量土地质量水平，表征土地质量差异的有效途径。综述了近年来土地质量评价指标、评价单元的选取及评价方法的研究进展。指出未来土地质量评价应加强非农用地评价的研究，评价指标体系的建立和完善，重视定量评价与定性评价相结合及新方法、新技术的应用，为土地资源调查、土地利用规划及土地利用的可持续发展提供有利支持。

| Abstract: | The land quality assessment is an effective way to identify the land quality level completely and evaluate the land quality differences.The research progress of the selection of assessment indexes and units,and assessment methods of land quality was summarized.More attention should be paid to the research of non-farm land,the establishment and improvement of indicator system,the combination of qualitative and quantitative evaluation and the application of the new methods and technology in the future.The review approaches offer the support to land resource survey,land use planning and the sustainable development of the land utilization. |
