摘    要:对河北省生物质能源产业及科技发展情况进行定性研究,系统分析了河北省生物质能源产业科技创新的方向和重点内容,可为河北省生物质能源产业整体规划、合理布局和长远发展提供理论基础与科学支撑。具体的发展建议有:加强组织领导,建立创新联盟;优化资源配置,提升创新效率;构建服务体系,提供高效服务;创新投入机制,实施优惠政策;注重引进创新,完善创新链条;重视创新人才,提高创新能力。

Current Situation,Science and Technology Innovation and Development Countermeasures of Biomass Energy Industry in Hebei Province

Abstract:The biomass energy industry and the development of science and technology in Hebei Province were qualitatively researched, and the direction of science and technology innovation and the key content of biomass energy industry were analyzed systematically, which provide theoretical basis and scientific support for the overall planning, rational distribution and long-term development of biomass energy industry in Hebei Province. Specific development suggestions including strengthening organizational leadership and establishing innovation alliance, optimizing the allocation of resources and promoting innovation efficiency, building service system to provide efficient service, innovation input mechanism and implementation of preferential policies, paying attention to innovation and perfecting the innovation chain, attaching great importance to innovation talents and improving the innovation ability.
