| 摘 要： | 以三系杂交棉邯杂429及其亲本为试验材料,进行了SSR分子标记。从196对引物中筛选到3对带型稳定、在杂交种中呈现双亲互补型的SSR引物,为该杂交种纯度的快速鉴定奠定了基础。结果表明：利用SSR分子标记技术结合单粒棉种DNA快速提取方法,可以快速、准确地鉴定棉花杂交种的种子纯度。

| Abstract: | The polymorphism of the three lines hybrid cotton Hanza 429 and its parents were analyzed with SSR markers.3 pairs of SSR primers with belt type stable,parents supplementary in the hybrid were selected from 196 pairs of SSR primers,which laid the foundation for the rapid identification of hybrid purity.The results showed that the seed purity of hybrid cotton could be identified rapidly and accurately by SSR molecular marker technique combined with rapid DNA extraction method from single grain cotton. |
