| 摘 要： | 本文测定了57例冠心病患者和33例健康人血清过氧化脂质(LPo)和载脂蛋白Al、B(ApoAl、B)水平。结果显示:冠心病患者血清Lpo和ApoB水平显著高于健康人(P<0.001),APoAl含量与健康人比较差异无显著意义(P>0.05),ApoAl/ApoB比值明显低于健康人(P<0.001)。比较了四项检测参数的特异性、灵敏度、阳性预示值、诊断效率、诊断指数、阳性可能性比等评价指标,讨论了Lpo与ApoAl、B上之间的相互关系及其在冠心病发病机制中的作用。

| Abstract: | The serum Lpo and apolipoproteins were measured in 57 patients with coronary heart disease. (CHD) and 33 normal individuals. The results showed that the level of serum Lpo and Apo-B in CHD was significantly higher than in normal subjects (P<0. 001) ,and the level of serum Apo-Al was not significantly different from normal subjects (P>0. 05),but the Apo-A1/ Apo-B ratio in CHDwas significantly lower than in control group (P<0. 001). The specificity ,sensitivity,predictive value of positive result,diagnostic efficiency,diagnostic index and possibility ratio of positive result of four parameters were compared. It suggested that raised lipid-peroxidation rate and abnormal apolipoproteins ratio were important factors in the pathogenesis of CHD. |
