一种基于集成光学声光作用的新型光谱分析仪的研制及测试

摘    要:介绍了一种基于集成光学声光相互作用原理的集成光学光谱分析仪。在理论上分析了这种光谱仪的原理、色散本领和分辨本领。在实验中一对滤波器的透过率函数曲线进行了测量,得到的实验结果与理论值相吻合。在对光谱的测量当中,波长测量精度可达到0.008nm。

Abstract:The principle, and the dispersion and resolution power of a new spectrometer based on integrated acoustic-optic interaction were theoretically analyzed. The function curve of transmissivity of the wave filter was measured, and the result was in keeping with the theuretical value. The accuracy of wavelength measurement approached 0. 008nm.
