| 摘 要： | 目的：观察梁金菇多糖对自血病细胞株HL-60凋亡的影响。方法：HL-60细胞与不同浓度的梁金菇多糖共同孵育5d后，采用荧光显微镜与透射电镜观察细胞形态及结构、DNA凝胶电泳观察“阶梯状”条带、流式细胞仪测定凋亡率。结果：细胞出现核碎裂、核溶解，凋亡小体形成等典型的凋亡形态学变化。结论；梁金菇多糖能诱导HL-60细胞发生典型凋亡。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of liangjin mushroom polysaccharide(LJPS) on apoptosis in HL 60 cell line of leukemia.Method:After HL 60 cells had been incubated with different strength of LJPS for 5 days,morphological change of apoptotic cells,DNA ladder and apoptosis rate were examined with fluorescence,electron microscopy,electrophoresis and flow cytometry.Results:There were typical morphological changes of apoptotic cells such as nuclear fragmentation,nuclear dissolution,and apoptosis body,and DNA ladder on agar ose gel eletrophoresis.Conclusions:LJPS can induce typical apoptosis of HL 60 cells. |
