| 摘 要： | 目的观察保留括约肌术治疗高位肛瘘的临床效果。方法 60例高位肛瘘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用保留括约肌术治疗,对照组采用挂线治疗,随访观察两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组患者疼痛时间、创面愈合时间及瘢痕面积明显少于对照组(P<0.05),而肛门功能正常和满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论保留括约肌术治疗高位肛瘘的临床效果较好。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of sphincter preservation in the treatment of high complex anal fistula. Methods Sixty cases of high anal fistula were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, each of them receiving the sphincter preservation and hang-line treatment. The clinical efficacy was observed by follow-up. Results Compared with the control group, pain time, healing time and scar area were lower, but normal anal function and satisfaction rate were higher in the treatment group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of sphincter preservation is satisfactory in the treatment of high anal fistula. |
