| 摘 要： | 目的：观察蝙蝠葛碱和胡椒碱对两株鼻咽癌细胞增殖的影响。方法：用MTT法测定两种药物分别处理CNE－1、CNE－2Z两株细胞的IC5值随作用时间的延长而减少（P＜0．01），两种药物处理CNE－1细胞24、48h的IC50值均明显低于CNE－2Z细胞（P＜0．01），蝙蝠葛碱处理两株细胞72h的IC50值差异显著（P＜0．05）。结论：蝙蝠葛碱和胡椒碱对CNE－1、CNE－2Z细胞株的生长增殖呈时间依赖性抑制，对CNE－1细胞株的增殖抑制作用明显强于CNE－2Z细胞株。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effects of dauricine and piperine on proliferation of two nasopharyngeal cell lines CNE 1 and CNE 2Z.Methods:After CNE 1 and CNE 2Z cells were treated with dauricine and piperine for 24,48 and 72 hours respectively,IC 50 values were determined by MTT assay.Results:IC 50 values oftwo cell lines decreased with time after treatment with two drugs( P< 0.01).Incubated with two drugs for 24 and 48 hours,IC 50 value of CNE 1 cells was lower than that of CNE 2Z cells( P< 0.01).Treated with dauricine for 72 hours,IC 50 values of two cell lines showed a remarkable difference( P< 0.05).Conclusion:Dauricine and piperine inhibit the proliferation of CNE 1 and CNE 2Z cells in a time dependent manner,and their inhibitory effects in CNE 1 cells are stronger than those in CNE 2Z cells. |
