抗生素电子仿生信息仪直流电导入加按摩治疗慢性前列腺炎

目的：观察抗生素电子仿生信息仪直流电导入治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效。方法：对确诊的１４３例患者随机分为：（１）实验组：７６例用抗生素电子仿生信息仪的直流电导入加按摩疗法治疗；（２）对照组：６７例用抗生素口服或注射加按摩疗法治疗；治疗１～３个疗程结束试验统计疗效。结果：实验组和对照组的治愈率分别为６５．８％、４４．８％；总有效率分别为９３．４％、６５．７％（Ｐ分别＜０．０５，０．０１）。结论：抗生素电子仿生信息仪直流电导入加按摩疗法治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效好，无任何副作用和不适，操作简便，经济和易为患者所接受

Efficacy of antibioticiontophoresis with electrobionic instrument and massage in treatment of chronic prostatitis

Objective:To observe the effects of antibioticiontophoresis plus massotherapy on chronic prostatitis. Methods: One hundred and forty three patients with chronic prostatitis were ramdonly divided into Group A ( n =76, treated with antibioticiontophoresis plus massotherapy)and Group B( n =67,antibiotics orally or intramuscularly plus massotherapy). The therapeutic courses last for 10 to 30 days. Results:The cure rate and total effective rate were 65.8% and 93.4% in Group A,and 44.8% and 65.7% in Group B, respectively ( P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion: It is suggested that antibioticiontophoresis plus massotherapy for chronic prostatitis is superior to antibiotics orally or intramuscularly.
