| Abstract: | Objoctive To observe the effect of evidence-based nursing （EBN） on self-efficacy and psychological status in thoracoscopic patients. Mothods Sixty-six patients underwent thoracoscopy were randomly divided into 2 groups. Control group received traditional nursing, while therapy group accepted traditional nursing and EBN. All patients were evaluated by general self-efficacy scale （GSES）, self-rating depression scale （SDS） and self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） before and after intervention. Rosults Self-efficacy scores increased, but SAS and SDS scores decreased after intervention in therapy group （P〈0.05）. However, there were no significant differences in control group. The incidence of adverse reaction in therapy group was lower than that in control group （27.3% vs 6.1%, F〈0.05）. Conclusion EBN can improve the self-efficacy, psychological stress, anxiety and depression in thoracoscopic patients. |
