| 摘 要： | 目的：观察ＥＢＶ体外感染对不同分化不同分化状态鼻咽癌细胞株形态参数和ＤＮＡ含量的影响。方法：应用ＰＣＲ法检测ＥＢＶ基因、免疫组化和图像分析仪分别检测了ＥＢＶ和ＥＢＶ＋ＴＰＡ对ＣＮＥ－１和ＣＮＥ－２Ｚ细胞Ｃｋｐａｎ表达及形态参数和ＤＮＡ含量的影响。结果：（１）ＥＢＶ在体外可感染ＣＮＥ－１细胞；（２）ＥＢＶ感染ＣＮＥ－１细胞使其Ｃｋｐａｎ表达降低，胞面积籴小和核浆比升高及ＤＮＡ含量明显减少（Ｐ〈０．０

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the changes of cellular morphometric and DNA content of NPC cell lines by EBV combined TPA in vitro .Methods:PCR,immunohistochemical staining and cellular image analysis were performed on the cells and the smeats in all groups.Results:(1) In vitro EBV can infect CNE 1 cells.(2)EBV infection reduced distinctly Ckpan expresion,cellular area and DNA content,enhanced N/C ratio, but did not influence morphometric of nuclear on CNE 1.(3)EBV(EBV or EBV plus TPA) incrseased Ckpan expression,cellular ares and DNA content, but decreased N/C on CNE 2Z.(4)The effects of TPA on those cell lines were quite complex.It needs further investigation.Conclusions:EBV can promote CNE 1 proliferation and CNE 2Z differentiation in vitro. |
