| 摘 要： | 个性是建立在每个人的生理基础之上 ,受社会文化影响的内心精神世界的范畴 ,涉及主体感觉的方方面面。个性教育则是在尊重个性的基础上采用多种教学手段发掘人的潜能 ,培养人的创造能力 ,从而使人的个性素质得到全面和谐发展的教育活动。要真正地实施素质教育 ,就必须建立完整的个性教育观 ,不仅要承认个性的存在 ,而且要倡导多样化教学形式。

| Abstract: | Personality eslablished on the personal physiological basis is a inwardly domain which is effected by social culture and related to the every aspect of the objective sence.Character education is an activity in which the personal quality get a co-ordinate development and the potencialities as well as the creative power of the man can be well developed by all kinds of teaching methods.If we want to actuly carry out the performace education,we have to make up an outlook of the character education that not only commit the existance of the personality but also advocate the various form of the teaching. |
