| 摘 要： | 民族性与开放性,是中国特色社会主义文化的重要特征,有中国特色社会主义的文化,是凝聚和激励全国各族人民的重要力量,建立具有民族性、开放性兼备的文化体系是跨世纪中国文化战略的重要任务。中国文化鲜明的民族性,是有中国特色社会主义文化区别于其他文化的重要标志。民族文化只有对外开放,置身于世界文化的潮流之中,接触、容纳、吸收其他民族文化的精华,才能不断丰富自己,增强自身发展的生命力。
