| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展,各种社会关系愈加繁杂,纠纷也繁多,仅仅依靠国家化的法院体系无力承担纠纷的充分解决。民众参与司法,由其自己化解纠纷是十分重要的纠纷解决渠道。本文通过一场论战揭示了什么是现阶段我国民众参与司法的最好方式。
