摘    要:毛泽东在领导中国革命和建设的过程中,形成了内涵十分丰富的人本管理思想,表现和贯穿在毛泽东的价值取向、决策管理、沟通协调管理、激励管理、思想政治教育管理、幽默管理等各个方面。本文主要结合毛泽东纪实材料中的有关典型事例,探讨和分析了毛泽东的人本管理思想。

Abstract:Mao Zedong has formed thought of this management of the person with very abundant intension during the process of leading Chinese revolution and subsequent construction.The thought of humorous management is displayed and run through the value orientation in Mao Zedong,making policy management,linking up the coordinated management,encouraging management,ideological and political education management,etc.,This text mainly combines the relevant typical cases in the documentary material of Mao Zedong,probes into and analyzes thought humorous management Mao Zedong..
