| 摘 要： | 毛泽东在领导中国革命和建设的过程中,形成了内涵十分丰富的人本管理思想,表现和贯穿在毛泽东的价值取向、决策管理、沟通协调管理、激励管理、思想政治教育管理、幽默管理等各个方面。本文主要结合毛泽东纪实材料中的有关典型事例,探讨和分析了毛泽东的人本管理思想。
