| 摘 要： | 加入WTO后,我国农产品出口屡遭国外技术壁垒的重创,严重影响了我国农产品的国际贸易。因此,研究技术壁垒的形势和特点,加强农业质量标准建设,改善政府对农产品生产和流通的公共服务,对提高我国农产品的国际竞争力事关重大。

| Abstract: | After the joint of WTO, the export of agricultural products of our country has met with foreign Trade Barriers ofTechnology (TBT) and suffered heavy losses, it has affected the international trade of the Chinese agricultural productsseriously. Therefore, , It is significant for raising the international competition ability of the Chinese agricultural productsto study characteristics and the situation of TBT, to strengthen agricultural quality standard construction and to impletethe public service of government for the circulation and production of agricultural products. |
