| 摘 要： | 生态乡村建设是生态文明政区建设的细胞工程,是建设社会主义新农村的重要环节,是生态市县和生态省建设的基础,有利于推动农村的环境保护工作,有利于贯彻科学发展观和构建和谐社会。生态乡村的创建优化了村镇的经济增长方式,提高了农民的环保意识和农村生态文明水平,应在政府的主导下因地制宜探索具体道路,在公众参与下建立环境友好型生产、生活方式。

| Abstract: | Constructing Ecological countryside are the cell engineering of ecological civilization for administrative region,the important segment of constructing socialist new countryside and the basis of ecological county and province,which in favour of promoting the environmental protection in countrysides,carrying out scientific development perspective and constructing harmonious society.Building Ecological countryside optimized the pattern of economic growth in the countrysides and improved the environmental protection consciousness of the farmers and the rural ecological civilization level.Building Ecological countrysides should explore the best concrete road locally under the guidance of the government and foster environment friendly style of production and life with public participation |
