| 摘 要： | 本文讨论了目前农村土地承包经营权流转的现状,并运用计量方法简单分析了影响土地流转的各项因素。之后,结合土地流转比较有成效的地区案例,总结了合理促进土地流转的几种模式。在此基础上分析了土地流转过程中可能产生的问题,指出了国家在建立健全土地流转市场时必须考虑的矛盾与困境。最后,本文提出了经验与启示。
