| 摘 要： | 社会主义新农村的内涵包括生产发展,生活宽裕,乡风文明,村容整洁,管理民主,从新农村建设的主体来看:应该包括政府、农民、社会团体、企事业单位等。而在这诸多主体中,农民是最重要最基本的主体。要顺利完成新农村建设这一重大历史任务,关键是要全面提高农民的综合素质,使农民转变成为具有较高政治觉悟和良好道德风尚的、遵纪守法的、有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民。

| Abstract: | Socialist rural reconstruction is a great strategic assignment put forward by the party central committee with overall consideration of comprehensively constructing a well off society. Socialist rural reconstruction is historical task of the formulation of scientific development concept. Harmonizing the city and the country, advancing the socialist new-village construction was put forward by 17th National Congress of CPC. |
