农村实用人才家庭收入及其影响因素实证分析

根据江苏省姜堰市实际制定的农村实用人才界定标准,对全市农村实用人才队伍现状进行调研,并就该市农村实用人才的结构、家庭收入分布及其影响因素进行了统计分析。结果表明,姜堰市农村实用人才队伍总量偏低,科技文化素质不高,年龄偏大,不能适应现代农业发展的要求。同时,该市农村实用人才家庭收入水平总体不高,文化程度、职业、地区和年龄等因素对其家庭收入的影响较大。

An Analysis on the Family Income and the Influencing Factors of Practical Talents in the Countryside

Based on the talent defined standard of Jiangyan city in Jiangsu province and an investigation on the current talents group, this article studied the talents status and carried on the statistic analysis on the talents structure as well as the family income distribution and its influencing factors of the city. It turns out that the talents of Jiangyan are in low quantity, in low culture quality, tends to be older and it is hard for them to fit the modern agriculture development. At the same time,the family income of these people is not high enough in general. Standards of culture\careers\areas\age and so on have more effect on the family income.
