| Abstract: | The management philosophy theory of govern by doing nothing from Laufucius is newly explained in thepractice of governing of the government during the period of the transformation,even coincides with the thinking of the reformand tendency of the policy.Researching and discussing the joint between the two is either the continuing of the tranditionalpolicy thinking or the opt of reform of the management practice of the government. |
