| 摘 要： | 我国城市社会中的二元劳动力市场,是以身份制为基础建立起来的。在这种劳动力市场中形成了对农民工的一系列制度性歧视。这些歧视不仅极大地损害了农民工的权益,而且还严重地违背了现代社会的公正原则,阻碍了农民工与城市的融合。因此,如何消除对农民工的制度性歧视,是当前学术界及政策部门应当高度关注的重要问题。

| Abstract: | Sammary: The dual labour market in the urban society in our country,is bases on the system of ID.In this kind of labour matket,it forms a serie of systematic discriminations.These discriminations not only hurt the rights and interests of the migrant laborersseriously,but also violate the principal of Fair,hinder the joint between the migtant laborers and the cities.So how to eliminate thesystematic discrimination is the important issue which the acdemic circles and the potical sectors should give great attentionsto. |
