摘    要:目的]对农杆菌介导转化获得的稻瘟病抗性基因Pi-d2的水稻植株稳定后代的主要农艺性状和米质进行了分析,以期为转基因水稻的生态学和安全性评价提供的依据。方法]在田间调查了转Pi-d2基因水稻植株的主要农艺性状,并对转基因水稻稻米理化特性和氨基酸含量进行测定。结果]外源基因Pi-d2的导入可引起受体植株后代农艺性状可遗传的变异。大部分转基因植株生长正常,整齐一致,与对照相比,一半左右植株株高变高或矮。分蘖数、穗长、有效穗、结实率和千粒重与对照无明显差异,少部分表现增加或减少的趋势。稻米的氨基酸测定结果表明转抗病基因水稻改变了原亲本的总氨基酸含量,呈下降趋势,但淀粉含量、胶稠度和糊化温度并未改变。结论]转Pi-d2基因入水稻中对植株株高影响明显,但对稻米的理化特性影响不大。
