泰山赤鳞鱼肌肉中凝集素的研究(英文)

目的]研究泰山赤鳞鱼肌肉中的凝集素,旨在为赤鳞鱼对环境的适应机制和免疫反应提供科学依据,从而有利于对泰山赤鳞鱼的保护与繁殖。方法]以泰山赤鳞鱼为试验材料,运用双醛固定的血细胞凝集试验证实在泰山赤鳞鱼肌肉提取液中的存在凝集素并对其部分理化性质进行研究。结果]赤鳞鱼肌肉提取液凝集素对6种动物血细胞都有凝集作用,其中对兔血红细胞的凝血活性效价最高;该凝集素属于巯基依赖型凝集素,其最适pH为4～8,最适温度是60℃;糖抑制试验显示只有蔗糖对其凝集有抑制作用,说明蔗糖在该凝集素的识别和凝集过程起重要作用。结论]推测在不同种类的水生生物中存在的凝集素对热敏感性及发生凝集活性的适宜pH范围是相似的。
