不同吸附剂对百草枯吸附作用的实验研究

摘    要:通过实验寻求对百草枯有较大吸附作用的吸附剂.用高效液相色谱法在波长290nm处测定不同pH条件下,多种吸附剂对百草枯的吸附率.活性炭、膨润土、高岭土这3种吸附剂对百草枯的吸附率较高,鞣酸、硅藻土、二氧化硅等对百草枯的吸附率较低.活性炭、膨润土、高岭土这3种吸附剂对百草枯有良好的吸附性能,可用于临床上百草枯中毒病人的解救.

Abstract:In this article discussed was to seek an absorbent that couldabsorb more paraquat. Using different absorbents to determinate the absorption rate for paraquat in pH 4, 6, 8 at 290nm wavelength by HPLC. The absorption of active carbon, betonite and kaolin were more higher, but others were lower, such as tannin, diatomite, silicon doxide and so on. Conclusion active carbon, betonite, kaolin could be used to treat patients toliged from paraquat.
