摘    要:目的 建立薄层色谱法鉴别加味三黄片中主要有效成分的方法 及薄层扫描法测定三黄片中小檗碱的含量的方法.方法 采用甲醇回流提取法制备供试品,用薄层色谱法鉴定三黄片中的小檗碱,黄芩苷,大黄素及大黄酚等成分,利用薄层扫描法测定加味三黄片中小檗碱的含量,扫描条件为:检测波长λ=345 nm.结果 加味三黄片供试品与对照品色谱在相...

Abstract:Objective To develop the methods of TLC to identify the chief effective components of Sanhuang tablet and the methods of TLC scanning to determine the content of Berberine in Sanhuang tablet.Methods The testing solution was prepared by refluxing in methanol.The Berberine,Emodin,Chrysophanol and Baicalin in Jiawei Sanhuang tablet were identified by the motheds of TLC,and the content of Berberine in Jiawei Sanhuang tablet was determined by the mothed of TLC scanning.The detection wavelength was 345 nm.Results...
