| 摘 要： | 研究盐酸小檗碱的溶解度及脂水分配系数,为开发新型的小檗碱制剂提供理论数据.以平衡法测定盐酸小檗碱在不同pH磷酸盐缓冲液中的溶解度以及在正辛醇-缓冲液中的分配系数.盐酸小檗碱在磷酸盐缓冲液中的溶解度随pH的增大而增大,pH为12时出现峰值1.807 mg·ml-1.当pH为13时,在正辛醇-缓冲液分配系数最大,为48.9...
